What I was going to comment was #4! Perimenopausal discomfort of a UTI but not a UTI. Sooo much fun! I have never heard of this, but might have to try it.
trying to normalize what happens to women's bodies over here! was it you that said you wrote about perimenopause and people didn't read it or maybe you lost subs?! on something that happens to half our population at some point in their lives! the setup I have is extensive, I just wanted to support my friend's friend's business, Kitara. Women from all over the world have been doing it for ages, apparently, so it made it feel less weird for me to try. this has good directions for doing it without any of the equipment i bought. https://www.yinovacenter.com/blog/diy-v-steam/
I love making myself cups of tea and coffee that I never drink /finish. It drives my boyfriend mad but I just like the concept of having a potential cup of tea close by in case the need for me to drink it strikes 🤣
OMG HOLY GUACAMOLE this is me too! I love the ritual of making it. I love having the cozy warm thing next to me. But more than half the time I do not finish my hot beverage too! I also microwave my coffee 5x when I'm in the house. I do have a mug warmer in my office so I always have a warm mug next to me. I also love the idea of it at the ready... who knows, today may be the day I see the inside bottom of my coffee/tea mug.
Hahah yep I think adhd might be a little at play for me on this topic 🤪 I just saw a mug warmer the other day for the first time and I feel like I know what I want for Christmas 😍 My boyfriend calls me a scientist..and all the half filled cups are my 'experiments' 😅 I'd prefer 'Witch' with my 'potions' but hey ;P
I, too, enjoy room temperature water to my husband’s amazement. I find cold water jarring! And I still refuse to do Elf on the Shelf for the sake of my mental health. It always felt like a commitment I didn’t have the bandwidth for and two Christmases in a row I have been so relieved I didn’t start. This list made me feel seen. Loved reading it and getting some ideas too! ❤️

It’s funny because my kids keep asking about the elf and I’m like ohhhhhh yeah, he’s just not at our house! But Santa should be coming! :)
